InMall Privacy Policy

Information that is being collected

  • When you choose to access our Service through a Facebook login, we collect your name, profile picture, email, Facebook password and your Facebook contact list with your permission. Your name will be displayed and stored within our application and your email and Facebook password will be stored to provide future access to our application. We may use this email to contact you regarding your account and/or to respond to any inquiries or feedback you submit from our application.
  • When you choose to access our services through a Google Sign in, we collect your email, basic profile information and Google password with your permission, which will be stored to provide future access to our application. We may use this email to contact you regarding your account and/or to respond to any inquiries or feedback you submit from our application
  • Whenever you use the Service, InMall will collect detailed location and route information, for example in the form of GPS signals and other information sent by your mobile device on which the Application is installed and activated. InMall uses this location and route information to create a detailed location history of all the journeys you have made while using the Application.

Sharing information with others

InMall does not sell, rent or lease your personal information to third parties, but InMall can transit your GPS coordinates to the advertisement providers.

InMall will not share your personal information with others, without your consent, except for the following purposes and to the extent necessary in InMall’s good-faith discretion:

  • If InMall is required, or reasonably believes that it is required by law to share or disclose your information;
  • In any case of dispute, or legal proceeding of any kind between you and InMall, or between you and other users with respect to, or in relation with the Service;
  • In any case where InMall reasonably believes that sharing information is necessary to prevent imminent physical damage or damage to property;
  • For facilitating the Service and to store your data on servers located in Thailand.


InMall doesn’t use cookies on the Services.

Information Security

InMall considers information security to be a top priority. InMall implements systems, applications and procedures to secure your personal information, to minimize the risks of theft, damage, loss of information, or unauthorized access or use of information. However, these measures are unable to provide absolute assurance. Therefore, although InMall takes great efforts to protect your personal information, InMall cannot guarantee and you cannot reasonably expect that InMall’s databases will be immune from any wrongdoings, malfunctions, unlawful interceptions or access, or other kinds of abuse and misuse.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is subject to occasional revision, and if we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information, we will post a notice on this page. If you object to any such changes, you must cease using our websites, products and services where personal information is collected. Continued use of our websites, products and services following notice of any such changes will indicate your acknowledgement of the changes and agreement to be bound by the new terms and conditions.

InMall Terms and Conditions

The InMall mobile application, or service, is owned and operated by MyPassage Co.,ltd. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms, so please read these Terms carefully before using the service. All activities made through the facilities of this application shall be subject to these Terms and we may correct errors, inaccuracies, change or update information on this application at any time without notice at our discretion including information concerning the promotion and discount of items.

All content included in this application is property licensed to MyPassage Co.,ltd. Reproducing all or any part of the content of this application is strictly prohibited, along with other attempts of infringement including but not limited to: copying or modifying the application or parts of it, passing the service on for another person’s use, extracting the source code from the application, translating the application into other languages or making derivative versions. The application itself and all trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it belong to MyPassage Co.,ltd. so any violations are punishable by law.

InMall is committed to ensuring that the application is as useful and efficient as possible. Thus, we reserve the right to make changes to the application or to charge for its service, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the application or its service without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

It is advisable not to jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses and malicious programs, compromising your phone’s security features and it could mean that the InMall application won’t work properly or at all. 

It is worth noting that there are certain things that InMall will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the application, such as the ability to download and store your mobile passes offline, the location tracking and the search function will all require the application to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but InMall cannot take responsibility for the application not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi or you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

If you’re using the application outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the application, or other third-party charges. In using the application, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the application, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the application.

At some point we may wish to update the application. The application is currently available on Android and iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the application to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the application. InMall does not promise that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS/Android version that you have installed on your device. We may also wish to stop providing the application, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the application, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
